Hanson required their fleet of high-lift fork lift trucks to be fitted out with their Motorola VC5090 data terminals. Due to health and safety restrictions it is not possible to mount these type of data terminals to the main structure of the fork lift truck.

Handsfree were required to design and make a bespoke bracket that was suspending from the roll cage and mount the unit securely. The combined weight of the data terminal and mounting yolk required a sturdy robust solution. After an initial visit and vehicle survey a bracket was designed and fabricated that complied to the regulations and functionally performed.
