We now have an exciting full-time opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Planning Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Handsfree Group engineers and other departments within the organisation on a daily basis in relation to booked work, and ensuring accurate use of the ‘Solarvista’ service management system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Handsfree Group engineers and wider business departments
  • Ensure our engineers have received correct information and products for installations
  • Liaise with customers regarding their installations
  • Input accurate information into the job management system
  • Ensure adherence to Company installation procedures on the job management system
  • Work within Handsfree Group service level agreements
  • Responsible for real-time management of job completions on the day of the installation
  • Handling customer issues and complaints
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Assist with additional customer service responsibilities as and when required
  • Ensure work is completed to Handsfree Group UK standards
  • Live and deliver on our Values

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational, written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary – £21,000 per annum
  • Hours – 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (Mon – Fri)
  • Holidays – a very generous 30 days (incl. Bank Holidays) to start, increasing annually to 35 days
