We are currently enjoying a period of phenomenal growth and our sales team are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support them in delivering full operational and administrative support and facilitating the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance.

This role would suit someone with the desire to learn who has an eye on progression.

Location:
Manchester, Trafford Park

Sales Co-ordinator Specific Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties including co-ordination of customer visits, booking hotel accommodation etc
  • Assisting with sales activity e.g. sales proposals, liaising with customers, checking stock availability with internal departments
  • Point of contact for the sales department
  • Assisting with sales campaigns
  • Assist with organisation of exhibition attendance e.g. liaison with stand constructors etc
  • Processing and tracking sales orders
  • Responding to queries on email and telephone
  • Facilities management e.g. stationary ordering etc
  • Managing correspondence
  • Co-ordination with other departments within the company
  • Other duties which support the sales function e.g. processing credit card payments
  • Provision of support for our field sales staff
  • Collate and check sales orders for processing

Sales Co-ordinator Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • A passion for offering great customer service
  • Experience in a similar role using CRM (salesforce or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with internal and external customers on the phone and in person
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take the initiative –
  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure

Salary:

£20,000 to £22,000

Benefits

  • Hours – 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (Mon – Fri)
  • Holidays – a very generous 30 days (incl. Bank Holidays) to start, increasing annually to 35 days
