Reporting to our Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Controller will be responsible for processing and picking orders with care and accuracy, package correctly and dispatching on time in line with customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing a first-class service to both our internal and external customers
• Organising the daily picking and dispatching of stock
• Accurate updating of job management system
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager with the provisioning of DVRs and trackers
• Liaising with company engineers regarding collection of stock for installations
• Communicate and co-ordinate with customers and internal departments
• Responsible for ‘goods in’ deliveries
• Respond promptly to enquiries
• Perform inventory control processes
• Reporting any damages or missing items
• Assisting in the effective implementation of any new procedure or systems
• Ensuring that house-keeping of the warehouse is maintained to a high standard
• Works within Health and Safety limits
• Ensure work is completed to Handsfree Group UK standards
• Live and deliver on our Values
