Q. How do I place an order?
Call us on 0161 864 6440 option 2. Our team will be happy to discuss the security solutions available for your ODF vehicle, to keep you and your parcels safe and protected. Alternatively, place a product enquiry on our dedicated DPD ODF portal, and request a call back when convenient for you.

Q. When can I get the vehicle booked in?
The Planning Team will give you a call to arrange the installation within 24 hours of an order being placed. We then aim to get the installation completed as soon as possible from order placement, with the appointment confirmation within 1 working day.
DPD will accept order confirmation to allow the vehicle to be used prior to installation taking place.

Q. Is there a DPD Discount?
Yes, ODF drivers receive preferential pricing.

Q. What kit do I need to be approved by DPD?
Please contact the Team to discuss the security solutions.

Q. When do I get my invoice?
You will receive an invoice upon the completion of your installation.

Q. Where will the install take place?
The installation will take place at your chosen DPD depot, or at a commercial dealership.

Q. Who will complete the installation?
The installation will be completed by Handsfree Group engineers, all engineers are trained to full FCS1362 FITAS Standards.

Q. What happens if I need cancel the installation?
If the installations are cancelled within 24 hrs. of the confirmed installation date, an abort fee will be incurred.

Q. What is the warranty?
Handsfree Group offer a 12 months on site parts and labour warranty.

Q. Are you approved by DPD?
Yes, we are the main UK supplier to DPD for security products.

Q. Can you bill the vehicle supplier / dealer??
Yes, we have a great relationships with many manufactures
