Dear Customer,

Following the latest UK Government update, we have implemented measures to ensure the continuity of business and to protect the health of our employees.

In these unprecedented times we currently face, Handsfree Group will continue with its objective to operate business as usual. We have new precautions in place to support this, ensuring our high levels of service delivery our maintained throughout this time.

We are committed to providing employees with safe working environments so that our team can continue to deliver an exceptional level of supply, service and support to you and all of our customers during this time.

To this end, and in line with UK Government’s advice, we have already implemented wide-ranging measures including, but not limited to, the following:

Our Sales, Finance, Planning, Tech and Customer Service Teams, who are working from home, are continuing to use normal means of communication with you, allowing all projects to continue seamlessly. Our Engineering Team are operating across the UK with added processes to protect safety whilst on site. The Warehouse and Distribution Centre will continue to process and ship orders on a daily basis, as per normal, working in a safe environment, following the government regulations for social distancing.

As the situation evolves, we will assess all measures on a daily basis and take the relevant steps to ensure we follow all UK Government advice, taking extra precautions to help protect the health and safety of our employees and customers as this is our top priority.

Finally, for the time being, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all good health.
