Handsfree are busy this month installing “probably the best tracking systems in the world” into Carlsberg fleets. The project is taking place in the UK as well as Sweden and Norway, where summer daylight hours are famously long and nights almost non-existenent!
“It’s a change to be working with the clock instead of against it,” says head engineer Wayne Wilkinson. “And with 18 hour days we are literally working day and, well, more day to ensure the installs are completed on time. Even when midnight comes, it’s still daytime, meaning there’s no rest for the wicked!”
