Head of Digital Services Bob Spencer and his brother Adrian, continue their training for Artemis Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon in July this year.
Sponsored by Handsfree the pair have started to ramp up their training for the gruelling but exhilarating test of stamina, strength and fitness through some of the most spectacular and historic areas of the Scottish Highlands.

The Bolton Bash Sportive – 60 mile
Cheshire Mini Sportive – 60 mile – Achieved a Gold time
Ronde Van Calderdale Sportive – 77 mile, 9,500ft climbing
